Collection: Women's Health

Our women's health range is built for UK women juggling busy days, broken sleep, monthly cycles, and the slow shifts that come with midlife. If you're tired by 3pm, your hair feels thinner than it used to, or your moods swing harder than they used to, this is where to start. Honest formulas, functional doses, no fairy dust.

What's on this page is the same stuff we'd hand to a friend over the counter in Paignton. We filter out under-dosed multis, cheap iron forms that wreck your gut, and the trendy hormone gimmicks. What's left is what we'd actually take ourselves. Free UK shipping over £75 and 30-day returns. Browse the range below or message us if you're stuck.

Why most women's health supplements miss the mark

Most multivitamins aimed at women throw 30 ingredients onto a label at doses too low to matter. You get 100% RDA of things you already eat plenty of, plus a sniff of the nutrients that actually move the needle. Iron is the obvious one. Cheap ferrous sulphate causes the stomach upset that puts most women off iron supplements inside a fortnight. Better forms cost more and feel like nothing. We stock the better forms.

The same story plays out with magnesium (oxide versus glycinate), B12 (cyanocobalamin versus methylcobalamin), and the so-called menopause complexes that lean on fairy-dust herb amounts. Functional doses or none at all. That's been the rule on the shop floor in Paignton since 2006.

Who this range is for

Women in their 20s and 30s using supplements to support steady energy, skin, hair, and a regular cycle. Women in their 40s navigating perimenopause, sleep disruption, and recovery that takes longer than it used to. Women post-50 focused on bones, joints, and staying sharp. Vegetarian and vegan eaters who need a reliable B12 and iron source. Active women whose training load needs proper recovery, not just protein.

How to choose

Start with the goal, not the product. If energy is the issue, look at LSC B12 Methylcobalamin 1000mcg and the wider Energy and Focus range. If sleep is broken, magnesium glycinate and our Sleep and Calm collection are the first places to look. For bones and immune support through autumn and winter, the LSC D3 4000iu or the LSC D3 + K2 combo are sensible starting points. Vitamin D contributes to normal immune function and to the maintenance of normal bones. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Do I need a women's-specific multivitamin?

Not always. A targeted stack of the two or three things you're actually low in usually beats a one-size multi. If you're not sure what you're short on, LSC Bloods and Beyond is our venous blood-testing service that takes the guesswork out.

What about perimenopause and menopause?

We'd rather help you build a sensible base (good D3, magnesium for sleep, B vitamins for energy, omega-3 for general wellbeing) than sell you a hormone complex with flashy marketing. For prescribed HRT or specific symptoms, please speak to your GP.
