We aim to dispatch orders quickly, communicate clearly, and make delivery simple — so you can focus on feeling your best.

1) Where we ship

United Kingdom: All regions, including Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man (some services may vary).

International: We ship worldwide. Final costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. Local taxes/duties may apply on arrival.
2) Delivery options & pricing (online orders)

Standard (tracked): £4.99. Free on orders over £75.

Tracked International: £12.99 depending on destination/weight. Timeframe typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
At checkout you’ll see the services available to your address and the exact price.
3) Handling time & dispatch cut-off

Orders placed Monday–Friday before [1:00pm UK time] usually dispatch same day.

Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays dispatch the next business day.

During peak periods (sales, launches, holidays) please allow an extra 1–2 business days.
4) Tracking & delivery updates
You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking. Tracking may activate after the first scan by the carrier.
5) Click & Collect (order online, collect in-store)

How it works: Choose Collect from store at checkout and select Little Supplement Company, 22 Hyde Road, Paignton, TQ4 5BY.

When it’s ready: We’ll email when your order is ready to collect (usually within 24 hours).

What to bring: Order confirmation and a photo ID.
6) In-store purchases shipped to your address
Buying in person but need it posted? No problem.

We can arrange paid shipping from the till.

You’ll receive a till receipt and (if email provided) tracking once dispatched.

Delivery options mirror the online services.
7) Pre-orders, back-orders & out-of-stock items

If an item is pre-order/back-order, we’ll show an estimated dispatch window at checkout.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together when complete. If you prefer split shipment, contact us (extra postage may apply).
8) Address issues & failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address. If you spot an error, contact us ASAP — we’ll help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or non-collection, we’ll refund the product(s) minus outbound postage; re-shipping is available at cost.
9) International taxes, duties & customs
International recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by local authorities/carriers. We can’t mark orders as gifts or undervalue contents.
10) Restricted items & destinations
Most supplements ship worldwide; however, some countries restrict certain ingredients/botanicals. If an item can’t be shipped to your country, we’ll contact you to offer alternatives or a refund for the restricted item(s). (We always follow UK supplement compliance and avoid misleading or medical claims across our range.)
11) Damaged, missing, or wrong items
We pack with care. If something isn’t right:

Damaged or leaking on arrival: Email us within 7 days with your order number, photos of the packaging and product, and a brief description.

Missing items/parcel not received: Please check with household members/neighbours and your safe places first; then contact us.
We’ll investigate and resolve quickly — replacement or refund according to the circumstances.
12) Returns & exchanges
We offer a straightforward returns window of 14 days for unopened products in saleable condition. For hygiene and safety, some items (e.g., opened consumables) can’t be returned unless faulty. See our full Returns Policy
13) Gift vouchers & gifts

Physical gift vouchers are mailed just like any other product; choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

For gifts, you can add a different delivery address at checkout. Prices are not included on packing slips.
14) Payment review & anti-fraud checks
For your security, orders may be subject to verification. If we need more information, we’ll contact you promptly. Unverified orders may be cancelled and refunded.
15) Holiday schedules & severe weather
Carriers sometimes experience delays due to bank holidays, severe weather, or peak volumes. We’ll update you if we become aware of material delays.
