Refund Policy
It is the responsibility of the purchaser/customer returning for exchange, credit, or refund, to return all goods as ordered.
Customers who wish to return all of their order or part of a multiple order must notify us within 7 days of receipt Unopened products returned will be refunded in full.
Should products when opened by the customer be found to be damaged or imperfect, customers must notify us within 3 working days. Products returned will be refunded in full.
All electrical products are covered by a manufactures warranty. Please see relevant product page for the duration and any further information. If your product develops a fault while under warranty, please contact us by telephone or email and we will advise you who to contact for repair or replacement parts. It is a “return to base” warranty, therefore there will be a delivery charge to return the product/s. If a claim is being made against the manufacturers warranty for a broken or damaged part, the part will either have to be returned to the distributor or a photograph supplied. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer/importer and not the little supplement company. This is of particular importance for customers when returning products from outside the United Kingdom.
