General health supplements are where most people start, and with good reason. If you want to cover the basics without overthinking it, this is the collection. Vitamin D through the winter months, magnesium for sleep and recovery, B vitamins for energy, omega-3 for the heart. Solid foundations that work quietly in the background while you get on with life.
What we stock here is what we'd take ourselves. No fairy-dust doses, no exotic ingredients you'll abandon by February. Terranova, Viridian, Wiley's Fish Oil and our own LSC Supplements range all pass the same test: functional doses, clean labels, and formats you'll actually use. Pick one or two, take them consistently, and browse the range.

Why most general health supplements miss the mark
The most common problem in this category isn't fake ingredients, it's underdosing and cheap forms. Magnesium oxide instead of magnesium citrate or glycinate. Cyanocobalamin B12 instead of methylcobalamin. Vitamin D at 400iu when most UK adults need considerably more through the winter months. The label looks credible. The dose rarely does enough. We've been filtering this out since 2006, and every product in this collection earns its place by delivering what's on the label in a form the body can actually use.
Who this range is for
Most UK adults, honestly. If you eat a varied diet and want to cover your nutritional gaps sensibly, start here. Vitamin D and magnesium are the two things most people are missing regardless of diet quality. If you eat little or no animal products, a methylcobalamin B12 is non-negotiable. B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and reduction of tiredness and fatigue. If your energy, sleep, or recovery feel off and you're not sure where to start, this collection is the clearest entry point. For more targeted support, the Energy and Focus range or the Immunity range will narrow things down.
How to choose your starting point
Don't start with ten products. Pick one or two that match where you are right now. Most adults doing this properly begin with LSC D3 4000iu, especially between October and March when UK sunlight won't do the job for you. Vitamin D contributes to normal immune function and maintenance of normal bones. Add magnesium if sleep or recovery is the issue. Magnesium contributes to reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal muscle function. Add B12 if you're plant-based or eat very little meat. A quality omega-3 fish oil sits well alongside for heart support, as EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function at 250mg per day. For a pre-built routine, the Bundles and Stacks section pairs these combinations at bundle pricing.
Do I need a multivitamin or individual supplements?
A quality multivitamin gives you a broad base in one capsule. Individual supplements let you dose specific nutrients higher where you have a known gap. The Terranova and Viridian multivitamin ranges are strong single-capsule options if you want simplicity. If you want to target something specific, vitamin D or B12 for example, individual products give you more control over dose and form. Neither approach is wrong. It comes down to how much you want to fine-tune versus keep it simple.
Can I take several of these supplements together?
Generally yes. General health foundations stack cleanly. The main thing to watch is overlap. If your multivitamin already includes zinc and iron, adding a separate iron supplement usually isn't necessary. LSC D3 + K2 is a good example of a pairing that's already done for you. If you take prescription medication, speak to your GP before adding anything new.
