How to take it
One capsule a day with food, ideally in the morning or early afternoon, or as advised. Some people find rhodiola too stimulating if taken late, keep it to the first half of the day. Run it consistently for at least four to six weeks.
Pair it with
Common pairings, a B-complex for daily energy (B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism), a magnesium glycinate for sleep (Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function), and an ashwagandha-led complex for the evening side of stress routines.
