Welcome to The Little Supplement Company. We aim to ship your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency. This page explains processing times, delivery options, costs, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.
1) Order Processing Times

Dispatch days: Monday–Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).

Order cut‑off: 1:00pm UK time for same‑day dispatch (stocked items). Orders placed after 1:00pm ship the next working day.

Processing window: 0–1 working day for in‑stock items.

Pre‑orders/backorders: We’ll display an estimated ship date at checkout and email you if this changes.
Note: During peak periods (seasonal sales, carrier disruptions, severe weather), dispatch may take an extra working day. We’ll keep you updated.
2) UK Delivery Options
We partner with trusted carriers (Royal Mail, Evri and DPD) to get your order to you quickly. Actual carrier may vary by parcel size, weight and destination.

Free UK delivery threshold: Displayed at checkout (we often run promos).

Remote areas: Certain postcodes (e.g., Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland) may require an extra working day and/or surcharge shown at checkout.

PO Boxes & BFPO: We can ship many items via Royal Mail to PO Boxes/BFPO. Some heavier items may require a street address.
3) International Shipping
We currently ship to selected destinations. Availability, carriers and rates are shown at checkout.

EU: Post‑Brexit, orders may be subject to import VAT, duties and handling fees on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery estimates typically 3–7 working days after dispatch (country‑dependent).

Rest of World: 5–10 working days after dispatch for tracked services (country‑dependent). Duties/taxes may apply.

Customs delays: Customs processing can add extra time beyond our control. We’ll support with documents if needed.

4) Shipping Rates & Taxes

Live rates are calculated at checkout by destination, parcel weight/size and service.

UK prices include VAT where applicable. International orders may have local taxes/duties on arrival (see section 3).
5) Tracking & Notifications

Tracked services: You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships. Updates may appear after the first scan.

Untracked/Economy: You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation; limited tracking may be available for milestones only.

Missed delivery: Carriers will attempt redelivery or leave collection instructions. Please follow the link in your notification.
6) Address Accuracy & Safe Place

Please check your name, address and postcode carefully. We can’t reroute parcels once they’re handed to the carrier.

If you nominate a Safe Place/Neighbour, you accept responsibility once the carrier confirms delivery to that location.
7) Deliveries Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Check with household members/neighbours and any agreed Safe Place.

Look for a delivery card or carrier email/SMS with a photo or GPS stamp.

If still missing after 24 hours, contact our Support team with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
Important: Investigations may require a short affidavit/non‑receipt form so we can claim with the carrier and resolve your case quickly.
8) Damaged, Leaking or Wrong Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the parcel, packaging and product labels.

Keep all packaging until we confirm next steps. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9) Heat‑Sensitive & Fragile Products

Most of our products are shelf‑stable and suitable for standard delivery. Where additional care is required, we’ll pack accordingly.

During extreme temperatures, we may adjust service choice or timing to help protect your order.
10) Split Shipments
To get part of your order to you faster, we may ship items separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate dispatch emails.
11) Cancellations & Changes

You can request to cancel or amend an order before it ships. Once dispatched, we can’t make changes.

12) Undeliverable & Return‑to‑Sender
Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address, non‑collection, or refusal of customs charges can be refunded minus original shipping and any return fees charged by the carrier. We’ll always share documentation.
13) Sustainability & Packaging
We use right‑sized packaging and recyclable materials where possible to reduce waste while protecting your products in transit.
