What it is
Viridian ViridiKid Omega-3 Oil is a 200ml liquid omega-3 designed for children, made from a fish-free source. It is part of Viridian's ViridiKid range, built specifically to give parents a clean, sensible option for daily nutrient support.

How to use it
Follow the daily dose stated on the label for your child's age. Liquid omegas are best mixed into food (yoghurt, porridge, smoothies) or taken straight off a spoon. Always take with food for best absorption. Store in the fridge once opened.
