Why Viridian's tincture

Viridian make their tinctures in small batches in the UK, alcohol-extract them properly (which pulls out both the water-soluble and the lipophilic actives), and package them in dark glass to keep the contents stable. The label tells you what's in the bottle and nothing else needs to be.

How to take it

The typical guidance is 2.5ml in a small glass of water, once or twice a day, or as directed by a herbalist. For an evening routine, take it about 30 to 60 minutes before bed. The taste is bright, herbal and lemony, more pleasant than most tinctures, and it dilutes well into warm (not hot) water like a quick herbal tea.

50ml is roughly two to four weeks of daily use depending on dose.
