What it is

Terranova Zinc 15mg Complex is a daily zinc capsule providing 15mg per capsule, sat on top of Terranova's MAGNIFOOD botanical base. 50 and 100 capsule sizes.

15mg is a sensible everyday dose. Higher than a multivitamin will typically deliver, lower than the heavy-dose immune-led 25-30mg formulas that some brands run. It's the dose that fits comfortably into a daily routine without needing to be cycled.
