Krill Oil 500mg 60 Capsules, Phospholipid-Bound Omega-3 With Astaxanthin

Nvrenuf Nutrition's Krill Oil is 500mg per capsule, 60 capsules per bottle. A daily marine omega in the phospholipid-bound form, naturally accompanied by astaxanthin, the red antioxidant that gives krill (and flamingos) their colour.

Why krill, not standard fish oil

Standard fish oil works. We sell plenty of it. But krill oil brings a couple of things to the table that customers ask about often. First, the omega-3 in krill is bound to phospholipids rather than triglycerides, the same form as the omega-3 in your own cell membranes. Second, krill oil naturally contains astaxanthin, a red antioxidant. Third, and this is the one customers mention most, no fishy burps.

The EFSA-approved claim for omega-3 sits with EPA and DHA: omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function, where the daily intake is met. Krill oil is one route to that intake.

Who it's for

  • Anyone who's tried standard fish oil and didn't get on with the aftertaste
  • People building a daily heart and brain support routine
  • Customers wanting a smaller-capsule omega format
  • Those who like the addition of natural astaxanthin alongside the omega

Not suitable for vegetarians or anyone with a shellfish allergy.

What's different about this one

Nvrenuf Nutrition is one of the curated third-party brands we stock alongside our in-house LSC range. Their krill oil is a straight, no-nonsense daily capsule. 500mg per cap, 60 caps per bottle, two months at one a day. The astaxanthin content is naturally present, not added separately as a marketing layer.

How to use it

One capsule daily with food. Omega-3s work best as a consistent daily input, not an occasional one, so set it up with a meal you already eat without fail.

Pair it with

The classic daily trio in the UK is a quality Vitamin D3 (October through March especially), a magnesium for sleep and recovery, and an omega-3 for heart and brain. Vitamin D contributes to normal immune function. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Together with a daily krill, that's a foundation that suits most adults.

Why buy from LSC

We've been the supplement shop in Paignton since 2006. Britain's Best Health Store and Retailer of the Year UK in 2022. We stock the omega range we'd take ourselves and we can talk you through whether krill or a standard fish oil suits what you're working on. Call 07711 393130 or message via the site.
